Mexico is a huge country with 126 million habitants, making it the 2nd biggest country in Latin America. From those 126M, 40 million are between the ages of 10-30 years old.
Mexico is a very Catholic country. Since this is their biggest religion, people are more serious about tradition and religion than their salvation. Insecurity (violence and drug dealing / trafficking) is also a big problem in Mexico.
Word of Life has been ministering in Mexico since 1986. We have made different efforts to reach the lost where they are. At our our Bible Institute we prepare, teach and train students for the field, to reach every generation for Christ. The Local Church Ministry (LCM) department focus is to provide local Churches with youth program resources and leadership training. Our summer camps focus on sharing the gospel of Christ to teenagers. Every year we host 4 weeks of camps and have ~500 teenagers hear the gospel per week of camp!
We need your prayers to see a dream of ours come true. Our dream is to have a hundred students at our Bible Institute be prepared for ministry as they look to reach others for Christ.
Our hope is that the prayers and funds raised during the tour would help up fill those hundred students at the Bible Institute. We also want to bring more than 300 students who have little-to-no financial resources to our summer camp to hear the gospel. We want to reach more students with our programs in the local churches, until every teen, everywhere in Mexico hears to gospel! Will you help us meet that goal and #PrayTrekRepeat or donate for the youth of Mexico?
