Kansas Bike Ride @ Biking Across Kansas
June 5-14, 2025

Tour Highlights

Biking Across Kansas (BAK) is an annual, eight-day, tour going from Colorado to Missouri, riding paved roads, secondary highways and county roads, making every attempt to take “the road less traveled.”

The Kansas Bike Ride at BAK is an Ends of the Earth Cycling Outreach Tour – a Christ focused tour within a tour.

Join us on this adventure that includes the hospitality of Kansas, beautiful landscapes, historical points of interest, great people from across the country, lots of fun and laughter, and memories that will last a lifetime. Ride with us as we pray for, promote, and resource youth in Uganda. Enjoy Christian fellowship, ride as a witness to 500+ other cyclists, and experience the presence of God through cycling and worship.

Contrary to popular belief, Kansas is NOT flat; there are level roads and challenging inclines, particularly in the eastern third of the state. The weather is usually warm but sometimes hot; occasionally, there are entire days of rain and cool weather. Kansas wind is as challenging as climbing and may persist all day. Regardless of the conditions, BAK progresses from small town to small town across open farmlands and prairies.

One of the best experiences of BAK bicycle rides is exploring the out of the way places… a historical marker… an oddity museum… massive grain elevators… vast cattle yards… wheat, corn, soy and milo fields as far as the eye can see…

Cyclists stay along the route, where they get a feel for rural life in these forgotten towns where time seems to have stopped. They walk down main street, do laundry at the laundromat, get dinner at the burger joint, talk with the locals…

By the end of the week, cyclists have new friends and have had great adventures. There are always a few sore muscles, but they are soon forgotten once riders cross the Missouri line.

When you register, you will need to register for both Biking Across Kansas and pay their registration cost (cyclists and support staff), as well as register with Ends of the Earth Cycling and pay our registration cost. Make sure to register early, as BAK can sell out.

Where the money goes

Not to Ends Cycling

The majority (90%) of all donations goes directly toward impacting youth served by our beneficiary in this county, in Jesus’ name. The remaining funds (10%) support the administrative costs for our parent organization, New International, a not-for-profit which, in all honesty, helps us do what we do even better. Tax deductible receipts and year end giving statements are provided to all tour participants and donors.  Find our more about our financial transparency and accountability standards on our About page.
