Take A Hike...
In Mexico

Mexico Backpacking Trek
November 1 - 8, 2025

Tour Highlights

Have you always wanted to hike internationally? Well keep reading because this tour is just for you! There are many aspects of the tour that make it special. On this epic hike, we will be staying on the campus of Word of Life Bible Institute in Queretaro, Mexico. This is a base camp-type event where we will get to trek through the best hikes Queretaro and the surrounding area has to offer. One of the coolest ones is Pena de Bernal. Pena de Bernal is one of the largest monoliths (a large, upright stone) in the world. Pena de Bernal is about 1,421 feet high and has been named one of the 13 Natural Wonders of Mexico. The great news is that the tour will include 4 days of hiking. Now don’t you worry, this is one day of the tour, and you can expect a great variety of trekking difficulty.

Generously, our beneficiary, the Instituto Biblico de Palabra de Vida en Mexico, will be hosting us this year and granting us access to their dormitories! Along with the hiking, we will be touring the area and participating in service projects that are on campus to be the hands and feet of Jesus and help prepare the staff for the upcoming 2025 school year!

This adventure will change lives. You will raise support for our amazing beneficiary in the months and days leading up to the trip, perhaps even on the trek, and certainly in the weeks following as you tell tales of your adventure. God will use you to resource and advocate for global youth. On the trek, you will PRAY, TREK, REPEAT for four days, lifting our beneficiary in prayer to our loving God.

Temperatures in November are a beautiful mid 70° F during the day and in the mid 50° F at night with little to no chances of rain.

Where the money goes

Not to Ends Cycling

The majority (90%) of all donations goes directly toward impacting youth served by our beneficiary in this county, in Jesus’ name. The remaining funds (10%) support the administrative costs for our parent organization, New International, a not-for-profit which, in all honesty, helps us do what we do even better. Tax deductible receipts and year end giving statements are provided to all tour participants and donors.  Find our more about our financial transparency and accountability standards on our About page.
